Lindon House is a fantastic guesthouse in West Wittering. We stayed for 2 nights. We were welcomed by LuLu, who was both friendly and warm. She showed us to our rooms, which were impeccably clean, spacious, and importantly had the most comfortable beds. A delicious continental breakfast was brought to us in a hamper at a time we had arranged, and it was delicious. Thankyou for a wonderful stay Lulu and Russell. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Veldig hyggelig vertskap, behjelpelig på alle vis. Ligger litt vanskelig til om man vil spasere - veien er ikke egnet for fotgjengere, med smale veier og høy fart. Koselig med hester på beite utenfor. Deilig seng. Frokost servert på døren.

What a lovely place
Lovely place, the hosts are very happy to see you and very helpful. They always want to make your stay better. Breakfast in the garden was great too. Hamper for breakfast went down a treat. Would recommend.

A room with a view
Really enjoyed our three-night stay at Linden House. A very comfortable room with a well-stocked kitchen area and a splendid bathroom.
Breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was excellent too.
I'd strongly recommend Linden house to anyone looking for somewhere close to the Witterings, Birdham, Chichester Harbour or Chichester itself.

Really lovely couple of days away, Lulu and Russell are really lovely and friendly and helpful. Beautiful room and view. Hot tub was brilliant and very clean, as with our accommodation and the grounds. Would definitely book again. Thank you so much Lulu and Russell.

DO NOT BOOK! I booked this air B&B today to stay at while I attend Goodwood Festival of Speed in July 2025. I fully paid for the room which was £525. About an hour later I receive an email saying my booking has been cancelled due to maintenance on the property. When I go back onto ******* they are now charging £915 for the exact same room. Avoid at all costs!
